Venture incorporates all these factors into the day-to-day management of your property. We make regular site inspections and encourage our partners, contractors and suppliers to do the same in order to support our high standards of service and operation.
We avoid using an internal maintenance team to conduct repairs on our managed sites as we feel this is not in the best interests of our clients. We have no desire to profit from the maintenance or repair needs of your site. Instead we use local contractors who are highly qualified, professional and dependable. As a result, we can ensure we maintain high standards and all works and associated costs are transparent.
We do not operate as a ‘9 to 5’ organisation as we recognise that it is essential to provide efficient assistance when emergencies arise outside normal hours. In our experience, leaks, bursts and other emergencies rarely wait until the office is open before occurring. When they do occur you can be assured that Venture will be available to assist and resolve matters. We work with a number of key contractors who are specialists in their trades and this ensures we can respond to all emergencies at short notice, protecting your investment and providing peace of mind.
